We stand behind everything we sell. If you aren’t completely and utterly satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be returned with original packaging and parts, if applicable. 

There may be certain items that cannot be returned due to their nature.  These items will be identified as nonrefundable in their description.    Exempt items can include but are not limited to:

  • DVDs, Books and manuals
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Certain health, hygiene, and personal care items
  • Yummy and Non-yummy food items 

Our Satisfaction Guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, alterations, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.   So, as the saying goes, “If you break it, you bought it.”   Although technically you already bought it, so really, the saying should be: if you break it, you keep it!

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days – 336 hours - 20,160 minutes.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Sorry for being mean.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.  Basically, anything with your name and order number on it such as a receipt, packing slip, or handwritten on a cocktail napkin.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a carrier that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item; and we can’t be responsible for packages lost in transit.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.   Again, sorry for being mean. 

If upon receipt, you discover the item is damaged of defective, please contact us right away.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be processed as a credit to the original form of payment, within 5 business days.  For items returned to us because of a circumstance out of our control, including, but not limited to, situations such as you ordering the wrong color or you simply don’t want the product, there is a 15% restocking fee.   Please note that we cannot issue refunds for shipping, unless the mistake is ours.

Clearance Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance stuff cannot be refunded.

 Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.  After that, we most likely have begun processessing your order.  To cancel your order, please call 614-620-8535.  

If you do wish to cancel your order and it has already shipped, we are sorry, but this will be considered a completed order and subject to the return policy.
